Return Policy

FLOOR | 9 stands behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, simply return it within 30 days of the original ship date.

IF YOUR ITEM IS BROKEN:

Please email a picture of your damaged/broken item to us at f9-consumersupport@floor9living.com. Don’t worry about returning the item to us; a picture is all we need. In the email, please specify whether or not you’d like a replacement item or a refund. If you would like a replacement item, we will reship the item to you as soon as possible. If you would like a refund, we will process your refund as soon as possible. You will receive a notification email as soon as your refund is processed. Refunds are automatically issued back to the original form of payment.

IF YOU SIMPLY WISH TO RETURN AN ITEM:

Please send us an email with your name, your order confirmation number, the item(s) you’re returning, and why you’re returning them.

For your return, be sure to enclose any item(s) you wish to return and the packing slip that your order was initially shipped with. If you no longer have the packing slip, you can enclose a slip of paper with your order confirmation number instead. Please mail your return to:

As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) in your return. You will receive a notification email as soon as your refund is processed. Refunds are automatically issued back to the original form of payment.
